EVM SK-AM62x has eMMC - MTFC16GAPALBH-IT which is obsolete. Can you please suggest other eMMC part which is validated with AM625 processor.

TI does not make component recommendations. There are too many system level dependencies which need to be evaluated when selecting components designed into a product. I suggest beginning with your system software expectations for the attached eMMC device. You can reference the MMCSD timing section of the datasheet to understand which data transfer modes are supported for MMC0.

Please let me know if there is any limitation on max. capacity of eMMC which can be interfaced with AM62x on MMC0 interface.

The MMCSD controller simply moves data between internal buffers and the attached device via a synchronous interface which can be configured to operate in 1-bit mode, 4-bit mode, or 8-bit mode. The software driver determines the data format, transfer speed and protocol based on capabilities of the attached device. This is why I mentioned you need to understand your software capabilities when selecting an eMMC device.
You may also need to consider the eMMC boot code requirements if you plan to boot your AM62x based product from an eMMC device. Please refer to the eMMC Boot section in the Initialization chapter of the device TRM for more information on this topic.
