AMIC110: ICE software/firmware EtherCAT port A and B swap?

Part Number: AMIC110

Hi all.  I have a custom EhterCAT slave board based on the AMIC110 ICE eval board.  We've built 30 of the boards for testing.

I am using a single 8-pin RJ45 as the connector to eliminate an extra cable to the device, that is, I run both A and B through one cable. I may have unintentionally swapped ports A and B  of the EtherCAT in my board design.  I was wondering if there is a way to reconfigure the software or pin mux to swap A and B around.  I was hoping this could be done without modifying the firmware in the PRUs, but I suppose that would be an option.

Thanks!

John
