The AM37xx datasheet (SPRS616F) table 6-21 gives a "DQS E Skew Length Mismatch" specification of 25mils max. Is this a mistake? The LPDDR interface DQS signals are not differential, so what is this spec saying?
On this same page it states that skew length matching across byte lanes is not needed or recommended, so I don't think this spec is talking about DQS length matching between lanes is it?
