I can't connect with dsp 6747 with Error 0x80000240/-1146 how to deal with it ??

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000240/-1146
Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,
Invalid data was scanned by the emulation controller.
Verify the board setup to make sure the scan chain is properly
defined.
If the setup is correct, then RESET EMULATOR.  This will disconnect each
target from the emulator.  The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

I meet this error.

it seams that it's Crystal does not get work. somebody says that I should get a clear CCS .but my ccs can connect another chip of 6747...

how can i deal with it?

and how to get Crystal  to work..?? I use 24M Crystal and two 33nF Capacitors to get externel clock..

    This question does not seem to be related to the BIOS RTOS, so I'm going to move it to the DaVinci forum in hopes that it will get a faster response there.

    Also, it wasn't clear to me from reading your post -- which board are you using?

    thanks , I design the board by myself.  in this post ,I mean that DSP can't get clock,because  Crystal  does not get work.  so I guess this error is connected with this. but I'm not sure. I want to know how others deals with this porblem,and how I can get Crystal to work. it seams that Crystal and  Capacitors  are ok.  I am not sure this is a hareware or software problem...
