Regarding the TMS320C6657 family , I want to konw whether TMS320C6657CZHA25 can be replace by  TMS320C6657CZH25 ? 

If I use only 1.1Ghz, whether the 1.25Ghz can cover ? Any pin can set the freqency ?

In the part number, "TMS320C6657CZHA25 ", Here the "A" stands for TEMPERATURE RANGE 

      A = Extended temperature range (-40°C to +100°C)

      S = Extended low temperature range (-55°C to +100°C)

In the part number, "TMS320C6657CZH25 ", Here the "Blank" means

     Blank = 0°C to +85°C (default case temperature)

The max core frequency that the processor-device-run is at 1.25 GHz. We can run at frequencies at 600MHz, 800MHz, 1000MHz (i.e., 1 GHz) etc....
