AM623: Ethernet Boot as Backup Mode Clockout

Part Number: AM623

Hi, I would like to fallback to ethernet boot but would like to confirm if the CLKOUT0 can be used to generate a 50MHz clock in this option. It is clear that as a primary boot mechanism I can specify RMII, CLK_SRC and CLKOUT but not for backup mode.

We plan to use CLKOUT to drive the oscillator input of our PHY and use the PHYs REF_CLK_OUT to provide the ref clock back to the Sitara as it has spread spectrum capability. I would like to use this RMII PHY as the backup boot media but need the CLKOUT0 putting out 50MHz.

Is this possible?
