About the multiple C66x emulation

Hi,

Currently I‘m designing  with two C6678 on a single board. I'd like to make the emulation part more flexible in order to 

1) emulate / trace two DSPs at the same time  using two XDS560V2

2) emulate two DSPs at the same time using one XDS560 / XDS560V2 through the JTAG chain.

 I am looking for a convenient way to achieve that. 

I checked a reference design ( TMS320TCI66xx EVM ) which  has two TCI6616 on the board . It does the things what I want to do, even more complicated, by using an array of 4-bit 1-of-2 high-speed FET multiplexer / demultiplexer----SN74CBTLV3257. Here comes my question: the supply voltage Vcc of  SN74CBTLV3257 is in the range of 2.3~3.6V, the minimum Vih is 1.7V, the Voh is at Vcc, is that OK, since Keystone devices' use 1.8V emulation interface?

Any help / suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
