Hello,

I'm having some trouble getting the serial flash utility sfh_DM646x.exe to complete erasing flash. It gets to about 14% or so and then quits.

I'm using the DM320TMS6467T, and SW3 is set to

[0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0]

[SR DSP PCI BW BM3 BM2 BM1 BM0]

This question does not actually seem to be specific to the BIOS RTOS, so I'm going to move it to the DaVinci forum in hopes that it will get a faster response there.

There is a "Known Problems" section in the end. Please check whether the patch provided there fixes your problem.

Hi Sudhakar,

Yes, I have reviewed that page. That patch is for mono, and is specific to using a USB->RS232 cable. I'm running windows, and am not using a USB->RS232 cable. So it's not applicable, although the description of the problem is similar.
