DSP capable of 5MP JPEG Compression

Is the DM8168, DM8147 or any other DSP capable of handling 5MP JPEG Compression? Are there any JPEG Compression benchmarks using a DSP vs. ARM core vs. ARM+DSP?

All these devices(DM8168, DM8147 ) are capable of handling Jpeg baseline encoding and decoding using HDVICP2. The perf is 1080P@60fps at 266MHz of HDVICP2/IVAHD. The max resolution support is 4k X 4k. What is the frame rate which is being expected for 5MP Jpeg ?
