Before we work on the return, can you please ensure that the SOM board is tightly coupled with the common processor board? 

If you have retried this and still face the issue, please send the logs of the system halt with more description so that we can help out.

my customer retried several times,but still face system halt issue, they had provide some logs informaiton,i attach them.please check,thanks.

Just to be sure I understand the attachments provided correctly, are you seeing 5 different symptoms?

1. Able to boot correctly sometimes
2. Hang in u-boot - ERROR, Please RESET the board
3. Hang in kernel - Unable to handle kernel paging request
4. Hang in ATF
5. Kernel crash in GPU driver

It is starting to look like a DDR related issue. 

Please confirm the above behavior and we will help with the next actions.

Yes, when we do the power-on and power-off test, we find that sometimes the board can startup, and sometimes it fails to start. The attachment is the startup log intercepted when the board fails to start. And the board also crashes suddenly during regular use.

We are not able to reproduce this issue on the SDK 8.4 on the EVMs on our side.

Do you have more than one EVM on your side and can you confirm if you the others can work fine?

Can you please also confirm if you are testing with the latest SDK 8.4?

We have two EVN boards. Only one has this problem, and the other is good. We use SDK 8.0
