Apologies on the delay. The documentation is still in progress so I am still working to try and aggregate details we can share in the meantime.

Development is currently in process for the SDL which will include PBIST for AM62. Unfortunately until this is available we do not have any good example that can be used with regard to BIST. 

However, the programing sequence should be the same as it is on Jacinto devices which is already implemented. The instances and memory bitmaps will be unique to AM62x however.
