AM625: DDR4 layout impedance

Part Number: AM625

#1. On AM62, AM64, and TDA4 DDR layout user guide, Single-ended impedance TYP is 40 ohm +-10%. Differential impedance is 80 +-10%ohm

#2. But on AM65x Single-ended impedance TYP is 40-50ohm. Differential impedance is100ohm

#3. Why the layout impedance requirement is not same? is it related to package or process? customer said 50ohm is easy to implement compare to 40ohm, 40ohm need 5mils trace width, I am not sure whether it is right.
