i have some questions about MCU PBIST

a).

in SDL document html:sdl/sdl_docs/userguide/j721e/modules/pbist.html,said "BIST is executed by hardware for MCU automatically at boot up as part of HW POST."

Queston:

MCU Instance is automatically executed by hardware

what about MCU Pulsar Instance?
