My customer has the following issue:
My problem is that the serial flash loading utility doesn't successfully transfer any files. I'm using the TMS320DM6467T EVM. The EVM just keeps outputting BOOTME, the flash utility responds, but does not get a BEGIN signal from the EVM to start the transfer.
Also, I'm not sure what I need exactly to use CCS with this board. Can I use CCS v3.3? If so, do I need to install SP12?
