    Since your question is a new one, I am going to go ahead and split it into a separate thread so that it will hopefully get a faster response.

    Also, your question isn't totally clear.  The "context switch time" is a measure of how fast a real time operating system can preempt a running thread in favor of another one.  In what way do you think you need to "change" the context switch time?
