Yes, RSV0A and RSV0B should be left unconnected on C6678 as well. A new Data Manual should be coming out shortly w/ this documented.

Sometimes it's worth breaking out RSV pins to vias, so that you can monitor them later.

For example the Errata (Rev 1.0b) sprz334b.pdf, "Advisory 8 Multiple PLLs May Not Lock After Power-on Reset Issue" says that the following RSV pins have the following function:

• RSV20 - COREPLLLOCK
• RSV21 - DDR3PLLLOCK
• RSV22 - PAPLLLOCK
