Sequence of Data Coming from Serial port in C5505 ECG??

Section 7.1.2 "PC Application" gives you the order of the leads

Section 4 "PC Application"  tells you how the non-acquired leads are derived.

Thanks Juliana, i did see the document. Now if you could just confirm my findings i would be very much grateful.

I found out that leads data has a sequence in serial packets are

I , II , V1 , V2, V3, V4, V5, V6. And all others have to be calculated from them.

Now is that right??

That seems to be correct.

One more thing, I wanted to know about time of samples i observed in stored files from PC application.

      I did a little experiment. I used a stop watch and recorded the ECG from PC application for 50s of time. In matlab, when i use all the data lines and divided it with sampling frequency that is 250. Now there were two scenarios. One should i include the two header files i.e. Heart Rate and Leads off status?? OR

    Only considers the data lines with out the two header lines. Cause there is difference in time i calculated, of one or two second when i calculate the time for the two cases.

    So what scenario will give me the correct time??
