You may start with TRM, Section:

24.9.4.7 PCIe Controller Address Spaces and Address Translation

24.9.4.6 PCIe Controller Interrupt Requests

then go to register section to see details of registers.

Thanks Jian. I have the reference manual and am unable to piece together the steps to setup MSI. I was hoping for a document with additional hand holding. I need help determining what to do. Can you help me? Thanks in advance. I know i need to provide the EP with the address to write to. do i need to set the RC BAR? Do i need an inbound ATU? What physical address are we writing to?
