TDA4VM: DCC AWB Error

Part Number: TDA4VM

I'm using DCC for TDA4VM Image tuning( build Version 2.50)

It's an error to occurs in the AWB step.

Input raw image & click 4 ROI position

Then " Advanced params " tab, click "Next Page" 

DCC error occurs message.

The advanced params setting value is the default value

I'd like to fix the error. Can't go to the next step

Please help me solve the problem

    Hi,

    I don't recall seeing this type of error.
    Do you have the write access to the folder?

    It seems that you cannot write the named file to the folder (and unlikely to be an installation issue).
    Could you please open the AWB project and plugin and close the plugin to clean up and then maybe reboot your computer to try again?

    If the problem persists, please share your AWB calibration project so that I can try it out on my side.
