We are using lpddr4 IS43LQ16256A-062TBLI along with AM625x. We are checking logic compatibility between the processor and lpddr4 device. We are not able to get Vih,Voh,Vil,Vih levels from the datasheet. Kindly let us know regarding this. Also whether any manual checking of voltage levels are required to check for compatibility for lpddr4 ? if yes kindly provide us the following logic values.
