I think there are something wrong with the file since the it is about 194 Mb which is the reason why it can't be download from browser.

I successfully downloaded the file with a download tool.

I used the most popular download tool in China but I don't know if it is allowed to write the name of tool here.

For Chinese uses they would know what I used but for foreign users I don't think the tool is available for them.
