AM625: reliability data required

Hi

we would also like to know the following for AM62XX reliability data.

As per UL864 10^th edition – Component Temperature Test,

Most of the solid state devices comply by meeting both a) and b):

1. 1. 50% of rated Tj or Ts in Normal product Standby condition
   2. 75% of rated Tj or Ts in Alarm product condition

Can the AM62XX withstand above conditions .. Can u pls provide the details .
