Rio, the DDR is configured in u-boot, the driver is in driver/ram directory, and the DDR register configuration file is in arch/arm/dts

All the files in the driver/ram directory are part of the ddr driver. The configuration file in arch/arm/dts will be different depending on the DDR you are using, they should start with k3-am62*

i think kernel drivers are in the same under driver/ram
