Hi,
IF quesiton is related to host side, to my knowledge TI does not provide a host side driver for NCM enablement as it relates to the TDA4VM and TI SDKs. For example, TI does not support USB NCM driver on windows 10.
If question is in regard to a target side driver, running on QNX, the USB driver contained in the TDA4VM BSP provided by QNX Software Systems, allows for ethernet over USB, TI's assumption is that if NCM were to be supported it would be part of the QNX BSP or a QNX offering. TI SDK QNX package does not offer NCM support.
