Did you try https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/

and entering the part # there.

You need to do it while you are logged in to ti.com with an account - but there is a lot of detail about the packaging material list there when you do. Not sure if that's enough for your customer but it may be a starting point.
