Are you expecting to be able to use both interfaces at the same time? The configuration should be done in linux device tree. Check the Linux development guide online: https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/docs/06_03_00_106/linux/index.html

yes iam trying to run linux and as well as i want to communicate through emifa pins
the address pin of Emifa EMA_A0 to EMA_A23 is connected to the Fpga ,but the pins from EMA_A14 to EMA_A23 is used for micro sd card slot for booting and runnning linux,
my question is will i bee able to use the address pins of EMA_A14 to EMA_A23 for using EMIf while running linux from SD card.

The above is my updated schematic,
Ive reduced the number of address pin in emif communication and ive left the sd card pins to be used for Booting linux
can i do emif communication with the remaining address pins(A0 -A13).
can I do 12bit address Emif access while running linux on SD card ?
