TDA4VM: DCC tool live tunning questions

Hi TI experts, 

During our ISP tunning, I found that the DCC tool can not updates the GLBCE, EE, NF parameters to take effect on image stream immediately. So we plans to develop a tool to realize the update function. 

Before this, some issues need to be comfirmed: 

1) Does "Update Current Plugin" function in DCC tool send all the current plugin's .bin files to TDA4 board? If not, do we need to call the APIs of itCommun.dll in our Update tool?

2) After successfully send .bin files to TDA4 board, how to update the parametes into VISS? Is there any examples in sdk7.03 code?
