units are failing for “READING MAC ADDRESS_VERIFICATION”. When analysis on the units in bench, MAC ID is registered in U16 (micro controller) is not available.

Do you have more details on this ? the logs show QNX - we do not support QNX on AM335x in these forums. However the issue can be more hardware centric.

When you said units are failing -

1) How many units failing vs passing

2) Is this a new design and you seeing this

3) If this is an old design, then did something change in hardware/software

1. around 20 was failed & passed was 290

2.This not new design & running from last 2-3 years

3.There is no changes in hardware & software

Note:- only one batch was failed

after the 20 board we didn't have any failure

Sorry for the delay due to holidays. Is this issue still open?

Any additional debug from your side and have you tried an ABA swap already to confirm that the failure follows the device from the failing batch?
