Error in building the android sources (Ginger bread)

Hi,

     I am trying to build the android sources as per the instructions given in the following link.

I am getting the following error when I give the following command,

repo init -u git://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git -m TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3-DevKit-1.0.xml

fatal:manifest 'TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3-DevKit-1.0.xml' not available
fatal: manifest TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3-DevKit-1.0.xml not found

What is the reason for the error?
