AM625: DRAM For AM62x Series Processors

Hello,

On the data sheet it states that 4GB adressible memory for LPDDR4 and mpu is x16. But there is no such match at micron at these specs? Are we wrong at some point? Thank you in advance!

We are using a 16Gb x16 device on one of our EVMs, which doesn't seem to come up in their search. May need to reach out to Micron for the latest available devices with higher densities

Thank you for your answer.

In our design we would like to have 4GBytes LPDDR4 RAM. Is it possible? 4GBytes RAM is only available as x32.

I think you could get to 4GBytes using a single channel across 2 ranks (2GB per rank). You can do that with MT53E2G32D4, for example
