Hi All, I am a new at the Linux world. I came from FPGA world (hardware). I think FPGA word is much simpler world, but it is not the Issue. My task is to develop LCD driver for "PD050VL1" lcd: 640x480 16 bit RGB. We use dvsdk4 with Linux 2.6.32.17, we have evaluation board (spectrum digital) and our own board with dm365 and LVDS transmitter.
I know that LCD driver topic ware already discussed here, but still I have many questions.
I read the Video Processing Back End (VPBE) user guide.
My questions:
Where to start?
How to start?
Where I can found examples for LCD drivers or demos?
How I configure the pixel clock output?
