AM625: Whether Processor emmc can be powered with 1.8V

Part Number: AM625

Hi

We are using SDINBDG4-16G-I1 emmc flash from Sandisk to interface with AM625x. To operate the eMMC at 200MHZ we need to power the eMMC with 1.8V for VCCQ.Also at the  processor side, we have connected 1.8V to VDDSHV4.Kindly let us know if processor eMMC interface can be powered with 1.8V.

  • Please refer to the Recommended Operating Conditions table in the AM62x datasheet. VDDSHV4 supports two operating ranges 1.71V to 1.89V and 3.135V to 3.465V, where the nominal operating voltage for the first operating range is 1.8V and the nominal operating voltage for the second operating range is 3.3V.

    Regards,
    Paul
