calculates the average bit accuracy of complex FFT of TI

I did not have the average bit accuracy that has been calculated in the example complex FFT  is located in the library IQmath_v213 please can you tell me how I can get this result

    I could not find any information about what the term "average bit accuracy" means. When I googled it, there was a reference to a paper from Japan on Applied Physics and your two postings to the TI Forum. This does not appear to be a measurement that we offer for our complex FFT.

    If you make measurements that determine this value, please post the result as well as the definition and procedure to this forum. The community will appreciate your effort.
