hello sir'

I am in of need code for audio example in TMS320C6416 .We have CCS3.1 in which diff audio example has been given.

So i am in  need of the necessary files mentioned in the application report SPRA598-november 99 and also tell me 

other manual's to start application with the TMS320C6416kit.

    In section 3 of SPRA598, it says that the example is installed with CCS for C6000 and lists the folder where it should be found. Since I no longer have any of my CCS 2.x versions installed, those exact paths are not available to me. The app note does not appear to be available from our website anymore, either.

    You will have better chances of success using the audio example that comes with the version of CCS and DSP/BIOS that you have with your DSK.

    There are many app notes available from www.ti.com. Please do a search for C6416, go to the active product folder, and click on Technical Documents. There are app notes that discuss an AIC23 Codec driver and an AIC27 interface, among others.

    This document is outdated, it was meant for old versions of CCS.

    But if you need an audio example using DSP/BIOS, I would recommend using the one at:

    C:\CCStudio_v3.1\examples\dsk6416\bios\audio

    Is there a similar document which corresponds to BIOS 6x version?
    spra689 explains keeping in mind DSP/BIOS 5x or before, as the operating system. But stream IOs of sys/bios  versions are not explained. In SYS/BIOS IPC users guide there is some amount of explanation. But we cannot find the information of mapping of DSP/BIOS's SIO functions to SYS/BIOS,IPC's stream functions.
    I have modified the audio example for DA830. I have posted the same in following link which I thought might be a related problem.

    But it will be good if we can get an explanation of usage of stream IOs of IPC(for sys/bios 6x and above versions) with McASP as the device.Because even if there is a McASP configuration problem the runtime error displayed will be related to heap memory.Can somebody please let me know more details?
