The PLL of camera

I am using the camera MT9D131 to capture the video for the board DM365_EVM, now when I try to start the PLL in the camera, the camera stop to react. So I think maybe it's the problem of power supply, there is three 3v3 power supply in the image interface of DM365, MTR_3V3, 3V3_stb, 3v3_CCD, I am know using 3v3_CCD, is this right, has anyone ever used this camera, thank you very much.
