TCI6484 Configuration file and NDK version?

Hi,

has someone already have experience with the tci6484 board?

I want to create a project with a configuration file, but I don't know which platform I should select to create the file.

Is it based on c6455, so that I can use the "ti.platforms.dsk6455.sch" file?

Which NDK version should I use? I have installed the 2.0.0.0 version, but it has no example application for tci6484.

There is only a tci6488 folder.

The TCI6484 and C6457 are only supported in BIOS 5.33.04 and higher.

The TCI6484/C6457 are not yet officially supported in the NDK. If you want to get a jumpstart I recommend looking to see what PHY is on the board and looking to see if any of the other boards such as 6455 have that same PHY. Perhaps you could get it working quickly then. If that sounds scary or like too much work the plan of record is for the NDK to add support for those devices in version 2.1 which is scheduled to release in the 3rd quarter.

Thanks for the answer. That helps!

I already tried the 6455 examples, but then I get the message "NO PHY CONNECTED!".

I going to find out more about the phy on the board. I can't wait until the 3rd quarter because I have to finish my thesis in september.

Hi Brad,

The NDK2.1.0 at present supports evm6474 only. Where can I find NSP for TMDXEVM6457?
