AM623: AM623 Linux support request

Ubuntu is not officially supported in Processor SDK on all Sitara devices, including AM623. But it shouldn't be difficult for customers to bring up Ubuntu on AM623, there are plenty information on internet talking about ARM Ubuntu. I personally often use Ubuntu on Sitara devices using debootstrap process for quick prototype.

The SDK Release Notes in my first link above has some info about the RT and non-RT kernels. I am not aware of any other documents from TI comparing the two Linux. The non-RT kernel and RT kernel used in AM62x Processor SDK are all based on the Linux community repo.

How to run ubuntu system on the Sitara processor(like AM62 etc)? Can you share some operating instructions? The customer doesn't know how to implement it. Thank you very much.

I already provided pointers in my first response above. I don't have further instructions for the customer,since Ubuntu is not supported in the Processor SDK.
