boot error on LeopardBoard DM355

Hi all,

I am following the following procedure of installing the software on the DM355 Leopardboard:

When i did boot command on Leopard Board i am getting following :

Loading from NAND 256MiB 3,3V 8-bit, offset 0x420000                      

     
too many errors to be corrected!                                               
too many errors to be corrected!                                               
too many errors to be corrected!                                               
too many errors to be corrected!                                               
** Read error


Please help me how can i resolve the issue.

  • I can only assume based on the errors that ECC error correction being performed howeever, the ecc scheme is unable to recover all the errors present within a particular block.  Be sure you have erased offset 0x420000 and no errors are detected when writing the kernal image to 0x420000.
