TDA4VM: EVM TPS6594 SPMI Pull down

Dear expert,

From below E2E thread, SPMI should not pull down or pull up externally.

But in PROC078E8, SPMI is pull down by R509 and R510, while in PROC078E7 R509 and R510 are DNI. May I know the reason? Thanks.
