AM623: The AM623 can take several camera inputs?

The CSI-RX IP on AM623 has the capability to support multiple camera inputs. However, the SW drivers in the Processor SDK Linux do not yet support multiple cameras. The AM62x Starter Kit EVM doesn't have the interface to support multiple cameras.

We actually don't have a model of capturing with 2 cameras on AM62x. Like I said earlier, the HW IP has the capability but the SW drivers don't have the support yet. The achievable resolution and frame rate depends on your system load and DDR usage.

One correction - our Processor SDK Linux for AM62x actually has the support for multiple CSI cameras. In addition, we will have a version of EVM coming in March 2023 which supports connecting multiple CSI cameras. Please keep in mind that the AM62x does not have ISP, so you should use camera modules with in-built ISP.
