AM6411: Generating 10MHz UART baud rate from UART input clock 160MHz.

Part Number: AM6411

Hi,

The customer wants to generate 10MHz UART baud rate by following UART input clock 160MHz (No dividing).

As they checked TRM and DM, they think that it’s possible by setting each register, but it seems that TISCI interface would be required for safety clock changing, not directly setting register.

They’re concerned that SoC itself becomes unstable unless correct setting procedure, because clock impacts the entire of SoC.

Could you provide a sample code run on R5F core for changing UART input clock ?

Thanks and regards,

Hideaki
