Regarding SDK :

ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721e-evm-08_04_00_06

Why it does not Contain Folder Board-Support which has .metadata to run sysconfig in right View of generation files?

Hi,

RTOS SDK does not package the files required for sysconfig. You can use Linux SDK for this.

Can we take from Linux package files that will run sysconfig to Windows package ?
if yes what is these files?

This might not work, let me check with the team if there is a package is available for windows. Please expect a little delay due to holiday season. Meanwhile, I would suggest you to use the Linux package itself.

Apologies for long delay in response. Do you need the sysconfig just for pinmux configuration or are you planning to use the resource partitioning tool?

It should be updated in later SDK documentation too.

But the clocks are not part of the configuration by Sysconfig. The clocks are configured depending on the SDK that you use. Both the RTOS and Linux SDK have their own solution for this. Please see the documentation on how to configure the clocks:
