  • Ahmed,

You need to contact SEED to get the drivers.

These are all TI emulators and are NOT generic drivers for any/all XDS510/560 emulators. The TI XDS510 is a many-years-old ISA card-based emulator and the TI XDS560 is a PCI card-based emulator. Any time you use another vendor's emulator you need to download the drivers from their site.

  • thank u for the information provided, i hv also enquired about the drivers from SEED, but the problem is "TI Getting Started Guide" shows these drivers in the CCS_v3.3-setup if u install the provided CCS  CD

    THANKS ONES AGAIN

  • I'm not familiar with this Getting Started Guide material you are referencing, but the only time the drivers are in the CCS Setup window is when the proper ones for your emulator have been installed. I am positive that whichever GSG you are using was not written with a SEED emulator in mind, and it probably operates under the assumption that you have one of the more 'common' ones (Spectrum Digital or Blackhawk XDS510/560).

If you can reference me to the material you are reading I can look at where the disconnect is.
