Hi Fredy:

I understand that the Robotics SDK is based on the SK-TDA4VM development board, and the PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-SK-TDA4VM is also based on the SK-TDA4VM; do both SDKs support ROS2-foxy?

Does the PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-J721E of the TDA4VM evaluation board support the installation of ros2-foxy? Or only the first two support ROS-foxy?

EdgeAI SDK, based on the Linux and RTOS SDK , you can refer to here: https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-linux-sk-tda4vm/08_05_00/exports/docs/development_flow.html

We bought J721EXCP01EVM & J721EXSOMG01EVM devices
Can edge-ai-sdk run on it?
Can robotic-sdk run on it?

Hi Peng and Fredy,

Apologies for the late reply. We recommend running the Robotics SDK/EdgeAI SDK on the SK-TDA4VM, as this is the board that was used to test and verify the SDK features.

The J721EXCP01EVM + J721EXSOMG01EVM should theoretically be able to run the same SDK since the SoC is the same as SK-TDA4VM. But again, the recommendation is SK-TDA4VM board.
