The customer needs AM623+8G DDR. Because 8G DDR4 is not easy to find, so they want to use two 4G DDR4 chips. Is there a schematic diagram for reference?

Sorry, we do not have a reference design with dual rank DDR4. You can setup a schematic review with your TI representative so we can review the schematic if you have questions.
