Does TI provide the jpeg library?

Hi all,

I need to complete a codec of  image decoder on TMS320C64x and the jpeg lib is great needed.

If TI provide the jpeg library, it will be very pleasant! But I can not find any source associated with it, such as DCT, quantization. 

I know there is a codec of jpegdec in the DVSDK, but I don't want to invoke this codec direcotly. I really want to create a new codec in which I will invoke some functions like DCT, quantization.

Give me some advice, thx!
