Looks like the issue you are seeing is similar to EthernetIP issue reported in the link you have shared. We will provide a firmware header with the fix so that you can try this at your side. Please expect this in next week.

We are working on details to provide the Source code. I will keep you posted

is possible to get a fix for the 1.00.02 DAN-HSR-PRP version? Our product is based on this version and upgrading will take a lot of time.

I am afraid not - Prajith is  on sick leave. I am following up with others in the software group. I believe our action was to release the source code to you some how.  Will likely need a few more days to figure out what is the latest status on that.

Its been 3 months since we reported the bug and we are still waiting to get anything form TI side.

Thank you for your patience. Indeed this request has  not been handled well and I regret that we are in this position. 

I talked to Prajith again today and the goal is to have this released end of next week. 

I will do another status check with Prajith Jayarajan end of this week.

All the firmware updates for bug resolves from ehternet/ip firmware didn't make it into HSR-PRP firmware. We will be resolving these issues with HSR-PRP firmware in future releases.

Are you still facing the bug you mentioned with the last firmware we shared?

Wanted to confirm above as I checked through the updates we made to HSR firmware previously and I see we have already ported all the required changes.

We didn't try it yet because we asked if this included any fixes and the answer was "no, it's just the latest firmware".
