Hey Sitara Processor team,
I have a customer evaluating the AM62x platform for a new project and we were hoping you could clear something up. We see that the AM62x starter kit has one 16Gb DDR4 SDRAM device (MT40A1G16KD-062E IT). The datasheet indicates maximum addressable range for DDR4 is 8GB.
So does the AM62x family support a memory system with one or two 32Gb devices (DDR4 2Gbx16)?
Likewise what is the smallest DDR4 device supported, would it be 4Gb (DDR4 256Mx16)?
