The Featur comparision for the AM62X family and the Am64X familyu is available in the device specific datasheet.

I do not have a table that compares AM62x and AM64x.

I am assigning the thread to the marketing team to support.

Is there some specific question you have on the features?

I found the comparison table regarding AM64x.

But there's no consolidated table for AM6x series like below.

I would like to get the more detailed comparison table like above from NXP i.MX.

If Mkgt team does not have the pre-compiled document. No need to raise a new task. Let me handle with above tables.
