AM625: Flashing for virgin board

Below boot options are what i can find on DS, but i would like to know if these are applicable for virgin board flashing?

especially, which USB port is USB(HOST) and which is device for default?

Please check the Initialization chapter of the TRM for details on the possible boot sources. USB Port0 can be used to boot as host or device.
